Job Summary: We are seeking Mechanical Personnel to perform maintenance, assembly, disassembly, and repair of equipment in mining and industrial projects, complying with safety and quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment. 2. Carry out assembly, disassembly, repair, and alignment of components. 3. Teamwork, responsibility, and safety orientation. **Job Profile – Mechanical Personnel** **Job Objective:** To carry out mechanical maintenance, assembly, disassembly, and repair of equipment and installations in mining and industrial projects, complying with the company's established safety, quality, and productivity standards. **Requirements:** * Certified technician, graduate, or currently studying Mechanical Maintenance, Industrial Mechanics, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within the mining or industrial sector. * Knowledge of mechanical equipment assembly and disassembly. * Proficiency in using hand and electric tools, measurement and adjustment equipment. * Basic interpretation of mechanical drawings (desirable). * Knowledge of Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management (SSOMA) standards. * Availability to work under the mining labor regime. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment. * Carry out assembly, disassembly, repair, and alignment of mechanical components. * Inspect equipment and identify faults for correction. * Properly use tools, equipment, and measuring instruments. * Comply with safe work procedures and correct use of PPE. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Promptly report anomalies, failures, or unsafe conditions. **Competencies:** * Teamwork. * Responsibility and commitment. * Proactivity. * Safety orientation. * Problem-solving ability. * Quality and goal-achievement orientation.
