Participate in innovation and technical development projects Job Opening: Mechanical / Mechatronic Automotive Engineer An automotive sector company is searching for top talent to fill the position of Mechanical / Mechatronic Automotive Engineer at our office located in the district of Puente Piedra. Position Objective Lead the design, diagnosis, development, and integration of mechanical, electronic, and mechatronic systems in automotive equipment and machinery, ensuring operational efficiency, technical innovation, and compliance with established quality standards. Main Responsibilities * Design and develop mechatronic systems and innovations applied to automotive sector equipment and machinery. * Implement continuous technical improvements in operational processes, workshops, and existing systems. * Diagnose and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical, electronic, and transmission systems. * Conduct performance testing and technical analysis to ensure project and machinery quality and reliability. * Collaborate with the technical team to effectively resolve mechanical and electronic incidents within established deadlines. * Stay updated on new trends and technological advances in the automotive and mechatronic industries. * Candidate Requirements Academic Background: Bachelor's degree or professional title in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields. Work Experience: Prior experience in the design and development of mechanical and electronic systems. Proven experience with CVT transmissions, automotive and industrial equipment and machinery. Technical Knowledge: Advanced proficiency in design software (CAD, SolidWorks, or others) and programming tools. Comprehensive diagnosis and management of automotive mechanical and electronic systems. Availability: Full-time on-site work at the Puente Piedra office. * Terms and Benefits Employment Regime: Formal employment under MYPE regime with 50% benefits. * Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Payment Method: Biweekly and monthly payments.
