Personnel and mechanical work management A metal-mechanical company is looking for a professional to fill the position of: **MECHANICAL ENGINEER** Requirements: * Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience performing mechanical supervision functions in industrial maintenance, metal-mechanical, or related projects. * Knowledge of personnel management and supervision of mechanical work. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and SolidWorks. * Immediate availability. * Willingness to travel as required by service needs. * Residence in Arequipa (mandatory). Employment Conditions: * Working hours: \- Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. \- Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. * Formal payroll registration in accordance with local labor law. * Professional development opportunity.
