Job Summary: We are seeking professionals to perform quantity surveying tasks on construction projects, carrying out calculations and field monitoring. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunities for professional training and development HERGON S.A., a Spanish company with extensive experience in the construction sector, specializing in the execution of private and public projects under the Tax-for-Works (OxI) scheme, is currently seeking professionals for the construction execution phase in Arequipa. 06 Quantity Surveyors \- Arequipa ✅ Graduate in Civil Engineering ✅ Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in construction projects. (Must have completed at least one building project) ✅ Proficiency in Revit ✅ Must reside in **AREQUIPA** (Mandatory) **Responsibilities** ✅ Perform quantity surveying using conventional methodology, utilizing physical and digital drawings (AutoCAD or Revit), for technical file preparation. ✅ Coordinate with the technical office regarding project calculations and data to be surveyed. ✅ Monitor and control field-executed quantity surveying. ✅ Other duties inherent to the position. **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. * Saturdays: 7:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. **What We Offer** * Market-competitive remuneration. * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. * Participation in nationally high-impact projects. * Opportunities for professional training and development.
