Job Summary: Mixer Operator responsible for concrete transportation, equipment inspection, dispatch coordination, and compliance with quality standards in Cusco. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for concrete transportation and quality preservation 2. Performs equipment inspection, preparation, and maintenance 3. As part of our growth plan, we are seeking top talent to fill the Mixer Operator position at the Cusco Plant. · Requirements: Completed Secondary Education Knowledge of mechanics and automotive systems. Experience operating Fuller transmissions Two years’ experience in similar positions. Valid AIIIC driver’s license. Residence in the city of Cusco. (Mandatory) · Responsibilities: Transport concrete according to dispatch schedule and Plant instructions. Maintain concrete characteristics as specified by the Quality Control Department, per company policy. Perform pre-use equipment inspection (checklist). Prepare equipment prior to commencing work. Receive instructions and coordinate with Plant Operator and Plant Manager. Field retarding of concrete using admixtures, and field testing per the Quality Plan and Plant Manager’s instructions. Perform equipment cleaning and maintenance. Obtain signatures on delivery guides to confirm product discharge. Complete control forms for working hours, volume, trips, fuel consumption, drum revolutions, test records, loading times, and transit times. Carry out activities outlined in the company’s integrated management system.
