Job Summary: We are seeking a Mobile Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable and secure solutions, contributing to the digital transformation of the financial sector. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring the quality and performance of developed applications **Role Objective:** We seek a Mobile Developer with experience in Android and iOS to participate in mobile application evolution, modernization, and development projects within a major financial sector company. The professional will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions, contributing to the organization's digital transformation of mobile channels. **Requirements** * Minimum 4 years of experience in mobile application development. * Experience in native Android development using Kotlin. (mandatory) * Experience in native iOS development using Swift. (desirable) * Experience working with React Native. (mandatory) * Solid knowledge of REST API integration and consumption. * Knowledge of software development best practices, SOLID principles, and design patterns. * Experience using Git for version control. * Experience working under agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Experience in unit testing and code quality assurance. * Desirable experience in financial sector projects or high-transaction applications. * Experience in banking, insurance, or fintech. **Responsibilities** * Analyze, design, and develop mobile applications according to defined architecture and development standards. * Participate in mobile platform technological modernization and evolution projects. * Implement integrations with internal and external services via REST APIs. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams using agile methodologies. * Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to software development best practices. * Prepare technical documentation for implemented solutions. * Ensure application quality, maintainability, security, and performance. * Participate in continuous improvement and development process optimization activities. **Working Conditions** * **Work Mode: Hybrid (2 days per week onsite).** * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Service Type: Staffing. **Benefits** * Full payroll \+ EPS \+ Oncology Insurance * Certifications (including IBM) * Continuous training * Free English classes * Referral bonuses * Bi-weekly payments * Free football match tickets Application Question(s): * How many years of experience do you have developing Android applications with Kotlin? * How much experience do you have developing applications with React Native? * How many years of experience do you have integrating and consuming REST APIs in mobile applications? * What experience do you have with mobile architectures (MVVM, Clean Architecture), Git, and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)? * Do you have experience in banking, insurance, or fintech?
