Specialized technical support for Cisco Meraki and SD-WAN NOC Engineer (Cisco Meraki / SD\-WAN) **Location:** Remote (LATAM) **Employment Type:** Contractor Job Description We are looking for an NOC Engineer to join an international team responsible for the operation, monitoring, and support of network services for enterprise clients. We seek professionals with experience in network operations, incident management, infrastructure monitoring, and technical support in demanding environments focused on SLA compliance. Responsibilities * Monitor and manage network incidents using monitoring tools and ITSM platforms. * Diagnose and resolve incidents related to connectivity, performance, and service availability. * Manage incident, request, change, and problem tickets via ServiceNow or similar tools. * Escalate incidents promptly to vendors, carriers, and internal technical teams when required. * Provide support for technologies including Cisco Meraki, SD\-WAN, Broadband, DIA, IPL, and managed security services. * Prepare operational reports, SLA updates, and root cause analysis (RCA/RFO). * Ensure effective communication with clients and internal teams. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related fields, or equivalent experience. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in NOC, Network Operations, Telecommunications, Managed Services, ICT, or specialized technical support. * Experience working in SLA-driven environments and supporting enterprise clients. * Knowledge of network monitoring tools. * Experience using ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms. * Knowledge of IPv4, IPv6, routing, and switching. * Fluent English and Spanish. * Ability to manage multiple incidents simultaneously and work under pressure. * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
