We are currently seeking a: **Nursing Coordinator** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Nursing, registered and licensed. * Minimum of **1 year of clinical experience** (preferably in dermatology or aesthetics). * Experience in **outpatient clinic or medical facility management**. * Knowledge of clinical protocols, biosafety, and sterilization processes. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday. * Willingness to travel between different locations. **Responsibilities:** * Lead, supervise, and develop the nursing technical team. * Ensure patient care quality, guaranteeing compliance with clinical protocols and service standards. * Supervise the proper execution of clinical and aesthetic procedures under safety and biosafety standards. * Implement and monitor clinical protocols across various outpatient clinics. * Provide ongoing training to the team on procedures, biosafety, patient care, and use of medical equipment. * Manage and optimize the patient experience, ensuring warm and efficient care. * Propose and implement improvements in clinical and operational processes. * Supervise clinical supply management, ensuring adequate stock and efficient usage. * Develop, update, and standardize procedure manuals. **Benefits:** * Formal employment under MYPE payroll from day one. * Ongoing training opportunities. * Opportunity to lead projects and drive continuous improvement within the department.
