Therefore, we invite you to apply for our selection process for the position of **Technician:** **Responsibilities:** 1\. Read and interpret blueprints. 2\. Perform cutting using oxy-fuel torches, shearing, drilling, and bending. 3\. Assemble (brace and weld) metal structures. 4\. Knowledge of measurements, leveling, and layout marking. 5\. Maintain strict order and cleanliness at the work site. 6\. Report non-conforming products to the Mechanical Supervisor. 7\. Return all surplus material to the Mechanical Supervisor. **Requirements:** \- Completed secondary education. \- Technical studies in Boiler Making and/or Metal Construction preferred (minimum 6 months). \- Proactivity, manual dexterity, and aptitude for precision work. \- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Technician or in related positions. **We Offer:** * Formal payroll from the first day of employment, including all statutory benefits. * Provision of uniform and personal protective equipment (PPE). * Workers' Compensation Insurance (SCTR). * Health Insurance (EPS) — optional. * Mobility allowance. * Profit-sharing participation.
