Job Summary: Supervise and coordinate project progress, daily task assignment, and quality inspection, ensuring personnel safety and production continuity. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitor project progress from inception to completion 2. Coordinate and assign daily tasks to staff 3. Ensure quality and safety in production **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Monitor project progress from blueprint receipt to finished product. * Assign daily tasks to operators (welders, lathe operators, assistants) according to priorities. * Prepare daily reports on performance, man-hours utilized, and workshop downtime. * Supervise availability of raw materials (plates, pipes, profiles) and consumables (cutting discs, gases, electrodes). * Request necessary purchases to prevent production line stoppages. * Coordinate logistics for delivery of finished products to customers. * Inspect tolerances, finishes, and welds before parts proceed to painting or final assembly. * Ensure staff use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for cutting, welding, and grinding operations. REQUIREMENTS: \- Graduates in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. \- Knowledge of occupational safety and health. \- Immediate availability. \- Residency in areas near the office location. \- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
