Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Supervisor for a mining and construction project, responsible for overseeing the operations plan, team performance, and coordinating operational activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leads and supervises loading and hauling operations at the quarry. 2. Ensures compliance with production standards and daily targets. 3. Coordinates with key departments for the execution of mining operations. We are currently recruiting for: Operations Supervisor - Lima South Project REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or Metallurgical Engineering. Minimum 2 years of experience as an Operations Supervisor or in similar positions. Knowledge of mining operations, costs, and operational management. Desirable: familiarity with current mining regulations and project management. FUNCTIONS: Supervise compliance with the loading and hauling operations plan at the quarry. Verify equipment performance and adherence to production standards during operations. Coordinate operational activities such as road maintenance, rock scaling, and working face control. Assign and supervise operational staff tasks to ensure achievement of daily targets. Coordinate with Maintenance, Safety, and Drilling & Blasting departments for proper execution of operations.
