Development of knowledge in maintenance, manufacturing, and welding **Production Mechanics / Maintenance and Welding Assistant** ESPRO ELEVADORES S.A.C, a company providing metal-mechanical maintenance services, is seeking a technical student or graduate interested in developing expertise in production mechanics, maintenance, and welding. **REQUIREMENTS** Student in final semesters or graduate from the following programs: Production Mechanics. Maintenance Mechanics. Universal Welding. Metal Structures Mechanics. Basic knowledge of workshop tools and equipment. Basic knowledge of mechanical maintenance, manufacturing, and/or welding. Prior experience in workshops or metal-mechanical work is desirable. Commitment, responsibility, and willingness to learn. Availability for on-site work. **RESPONSIBILITIES** Assist in fabrication, maintenance, and repair of mechanical components. Assist in assembly and installation of metal structures and components. Perform basic welding tasks according to experience and training. Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and tools. Perform material cutting, grinding, drilling, and preparation tasks. Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. Comply with safety norms and procedures.
