Currently, we are searching for top talent to join our team: Reliability Specialist Technician / Condestable Mining Unit Requirements: Mechanical Technician, Electrical Technician, Electronic Technician, or University Graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering. Minimum 3 years of experience in the position. Knowledge of concentrator plant maintenance. Certification in Thermographic Analysis Level I, Vibration Analysis Level II, and Ultrasonic Testing Level I. Availability to work under a 14x7 work schedule in Mala. Responsibilities: Maintain systematic records of activities and directives related to effective asset management. Carry out diagnosis and failure analysis of equipment according to the established program. Perform monitoring and inspection activities, including Vibration Analysis, Thermography, Used Oil Analysis, Tribology, Metrology, etc. Support decision-making and recommend improvements based on analysis results. Assist in controlling resources (personnel productivity, overall costs, inventories) to ensure optimal utilization. Analyze periodic performance results using indicators and committees, providing improvement directives to enhance maintenance process effectiveness. Continuously suggest improvements required based on analysis results. Organize information by identifying failure modes, timing, and mechanisms within a given timeframe. Execute activities according to the maintenance schedule, verify instruments, and assess the need for maintenance or replacement due to deterioration or environmental damage. Report field-collected data for documentation according to a defined schedule.
