Production Assistant We are seeking a Production Assistant to support assembly, installation, and execution of metal structure and telecommunications projects, ensuring compliance with the company's established quality and safety standards. Main Responsibilities * Assist in the assembly and installation of metal structures, towers, and masts. * Support technical staff and operators during work execution. * Prepare, transport, and organize tools, equipment, and materials. * Assist in loading and unloading materials at construction sites or warehouses. * Maintain order and cleanliness in work areas. * Collaborate in data collection and field activities. * Comply with quality, safety, and occupational health procedures. * Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE). * Report any incidents, unsafe conditions, or material requirements to the immediate supervisor. * Perform other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. Requirements * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 3–6 months of experience in construction, production, assembly, or similar roles (preferred). * Basic knowledge of manual tool handling. * Fieldwork experience is preferred. * Willingness to travel and work at various locations as required by the project. * Good physical condition and readiness for operational tasks.
