Position **Production Operator** Position Mission Provide support across various stages of the production process, ensuring compliance with the company's established quality, food safety, order, and cleanliness standards. Main Responsibilities * Assist in food preparation, production, and packaging. * Perform washing, cleaning, and disinfection of utensils, equipment, and work areas. * Maintain order and cleanliness throughout the work shift. * Comply with hygiene, food safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) regulations. * Assist in the transportation and storage of supplies when required. * Follow company-established procedures. * Perform other production-related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. Requirements * Completed secondary education. * No prior experience required. * Interest in learning and developing within the gastronomic industry. * Passion for cooking and teamwork. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday. * Availability to work overtime (up to a maximum of 2 hours per day when operationally required).
