Opportunity for growth We are looking for a Production Cook responsible for performing pre-preparations and providing kitchen support, ensuring the restaurant starts operations with all supplies ready and standardized efficiently and promptly; day shift availability is required. **Main Responsibilities:** * Chopping and portioning of supplies (vegetables, meats, rice, beans, etc.). * Simple preparations according to recipes following prior training. * Mise en place for daily operations commencement. * Proper labeling and storage of products. * Cleaning and organizing the work area. * Compliance with food hygiene and handling standards. **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months of experience in kitchen or production. * Basic knowledge of good food handling practices. * Speed, organization, and attention to detail. * Availability to work during hours when the establishment is closed starting at 8 a.m. **We Offer:** * Formal employment registration. * Timely bi-weekly payments. * One meal per workday. * Opportunity for growth.
