Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer/Geologist with experience in production and geotechnics to oversee and manage construction execution. Key Highlights: 1. Overseeing and managing construction execution Job Description: **Profile:** * Civil Engineer / Geologist or related field — University graduate, licensed, registered, and authorized to practice. * Minimum 3 years of experience in production areas. * Specialized geotechnical experience, including earthworks, slope stabilization, and civil works. * Advanced Office skills, AutoCAD, MS Project. * Experience in project management, including cost estimation, budgeting, construction control, and preparation of technical and economic proposals. * Experience in mining operations. * Willingness to travel. **Responsibilities:** * Direct all preparatory actions for construction execution. * Prepare and notify the list of requirements, labor, and subcontracting items included in the budget. * Review, develop, and manage personnel and equipment scheduling, oriented toward achieving efficiency and productivity in each process. * Submit daily production reports, as well as updates and changes to the schedule. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Benefits:** * Professional growth. * Access to tailored training opportunities and continuous learning.
