Job Summary: This role involves collecting production process information to manage productivity and process improvement projects, updating operational instructions, and proposing improvements. Propose process improvements and productivity enhancements **Job Mission:** Collect production process information from Confiteca to manage productivity and process improvement projects. **Benefits:** * 100% covered meals * Commuting assistance from Callao * Work schedule: Monday to Friday (48 hours per week) * Economic subsidy: S/ 1300 **Requirements:** \-Graduate or final-cycle student of Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Food Industry Engineering \-Project management experience \-Proficiency in Excel and BI tools \-Knowledge of Lean manufacturing tools \-Availability to conduct 100% in-person internships in Ventanilla **Main Functions:** · Update operational instructions and collect data on times, activities, and processes. · Validate the required headcount for each operation based on time and activity analysis. · Generate necessary information for productivity project development (project pre-feasibility). · Support the creation of the RIC (Project Implementation Report) for plant projects. · Propose process improvements, productivity increases, and equipment availability enhancements. · Measure the impact of productivity projects using production indicators. · Manage activities for plant project development.
