Job stability Production Operator We are seeking a responsible Production Operator to perform assembly, installation, and operational support tasks on metal structure and telecommunications projects, in compliance with the company's established quality, safety, and productivity standards. Main Responsibilities * Assist in the assembly and installation of metal structures, towers, and masts. * Handle manual tools and equipment required to carry out tasks. * Perform fieldwork following established procedures. * Assist in the transportation, loading, and unloading of materials and equipment. * Participate in data collection and other operational project activities. * Maintain order and cleanliness in work areas. * Ensure proper use of assigned tools, equipment, and materials. * Comply with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations. * Report any unsafe condition or incident to the immediate supervisor. * Support other activities assigned by the immediate supervisor. Requirements * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 6 months of experience in production, construction, assembly, or telecommunications (preferred). * Basic knowledge of manual tool usage. * Training in working at heights is preferred. * Availability for fieldwork and travel as required. * Good physical condition and willingness to perform operational tasks.
