Corporate benefits **We are hiring!** We are looking for plant operators to join our production team in the poultry and food sector, located in **Huacho**. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed primary education. * With or without experience (minimum 3 months preferred). * Availability to work rotating shifts and overtime. * Availability to work in cold (low-temperature) and hot (high-temperature) environments. * Residence in nearby areas. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Stacking and unloading of crates. * Hanging, cleaning, sorting, cutting, and filleting of chicken. * Support in breading and marinating processes. * Support in slaughter, cutting, and filleting areas, subsequent processes, and sanitation. * Assisting with product weighing. * Labeling, marking, and boxing packaged or bagged products. * Verifying compliance with established quality parameters. * Supporting the plant machine operator. * Performing cleaning and disinfection of work areas. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. * Base salary of S/. 1,130\. * Paid overtime (approximate average of S/. 500\). * Overtime bonus of approximately S/. 100\. * Production bonus via food vouchers. * Fixed weekly rest day on Sundays. * Provision of personal protective equipment (PPE). **We offer job stability, growth opportunities, corporate benefits, and the chance to develop your career with one of the country’s leading companies in the food industry.** Salary: S/.1,600\.00 \- S/.1,700\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Are you available to work in Santa María \- Huacho? * Are you available to work rotating shifts (day and night)? * Can you work overtime when required by production? * Are you available to work in cold and hot environments? * Please provide your phone number Work Location: On-site employment
