Job Summary: Support in drafting and reviewing drawings, technical files, inspections, and tracking municipal procedures; seeking a proactive and responsible Architecture graduate. Key Highlights: 1. Support in drafting and reviewing AutoCAD drawings 2. Participation in inspections and technical site visits 3. Opportunity for continuation based on performance RESPONSIBILITIES: * Support in drafting and reviewing drawings in AutoCAD. * Support in preparing ITSE files. * Support in preparing building permit applications and other municipal procedures. * Participation in inspections and technical site visits. * Field data collection and on-site observations. * Support in drafting descriptive reports and technical reports. * Tracking of municipal procedures and coordination with clients. * Support in obtaining operating licenses and other municipal procedures. REQUIREMENTS: * Graduate in Architecture. * Minimum 6 months of experience in ITSE inspections and/or supporting preparation of technical files. (Preferred) * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in AutoCAD. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Proactivity, responsibility, and willingness to learn.
