Job Summary: We are seeking a Project General Services Supervisor to coordinate, plan, supervise, and control services and facilities in mining and construction projects. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity in the mining and construction sector Our organization, San Martin Contractors in the Mining and Construction Sector, is looking for outstanding professionals to join our team. We are currently seeking: Project General Services Supervisor REQUIREMENTS: University graduate in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Hotel Administration, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in general services management in projects (mining, construction, or related sectors). Intermediate-level office software skills. Experience in supplier supervision and facility management (camps, food, transportation, etc.). Availability to work on-site at project locations. RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate the setup and implementation of camps at the start of the project. Plan and implement facility services (accommodation, food, transportation, cleaning, among others). Supervise contracted services to ensure quality and compliance with contractual terms. Execute, monitor, and validate monthly service valuations. Coordinate and supervise infrastructure maintenance at the project site (installations, furniture, basic services). Identify deviations in general services and propose/implement corrective actions. Monitor the budget and prepare reports with key performance indicators for general services management.
