Description

Position Summary: Provide operational support in projects through safe vehicle operation, transportation of personnel and materials, and assistance in field activities, complying with safety and quality standards. Provide operational support in project execution through safe operation of company vehicles, ensuring timely transportation of personnel, materials, and equipment, as well as assistance in field activities, in compliance with established safety, quality, and time standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Operate vehicles for transporting personnel, tools, equipment, and materials. * Verify vehicle condition (checklist before, during, and after use). * Comply with traffic regulations and internal safe-driving policies. * Perform basic vehicle maintenance (cleaning, fluid levels, fuel). * Promptly report mechanical failures, incidents, or accidents. * Assist in loading and unloading materials. * Coordinate transportation routes and schedules according to the project timeline. * Support operational field activities (basic installation and assembly). * Transport project equipment (e.g., solar panels, structures). * Support logistics and material supply. * Ensure proper use of assigned assets. * Comply with occupational health and safety regulations. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Job Requirements** **Education:** * Completed secondary education. **Experience:** * Minimum 1 year as a driver (fieldwork or project experience preferred). **Mandatory Requirement:** * Valid driver's license (minimum category A1). **Knowledge:** * Current traffic regulations. * Operation of manual and electric tools. * **Basic electrical knowledge (acquired through technical studies or practical experience).** * Basic automotive mechanics (preferred). * Occupational health and safety. * Physical labor and work at heights (preferred). **Competencies** * Responsibility * Punctuality * Teamwork * Proactivity * Results orientation * Safe driving **Working Conditions** * Fieldwork with exposure to variable weather conditions. * Availability for travel within and outside the city. * Dynamic and operational work environment. **We Offer** * Market-competitive salary \+ 100% covered meals * Ongoing training * Positive work environment Salary: Starting from S/.1,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
