REQUIREMENTS: Education: Students in final semesters or technical/university graduates in Civil Engineering, Concrete Technology, or Soil Laboratory. Experience: 6 months to 1 year in quality control at concrete plants, construction sites, or laboratories (preferred). Technical Knowledge: Fresh concrete testing (slump, temperature, sampling, specimen preparation and curing). General knowledge of raw materials: cement, aggregates, water, and admixtures. Familiarity with basic standards (NTP / ASTM). Tools: Basic Excel proficiency for completing quality control forms. Safety: Knowledge of proper PPE usage. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform quality control tests on fresh concrete at plant and construction site. Specimen preparation, identification, curing, and preventive storage. Recording and completing quality documentation forms. Monitoring and supporting material control (aggregates and admixtures). Promptly reporting any quality deviations to the immediate supervisor.
