Job Summary: We are seeking proactive and passionate professionals to advise and sell tours, manage reservations, and provide detailed information to customers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Advise and persuade customers on tourism products and services. 2. Promote and sell tourism services with attention to detail. 3. Provide detailed information about destinations and handle reservation requests. We are Haku Tours, a tour agency with over 14 years of experience in inbound tourism. We seek to welcome proactive, passionate, and committed individuals to our team. **REQUIREMENTS:** * University or technical professionals, graduates or final-cycle students in Tourism and Hospitality Management or related fields. * Ability to advise and persuade customers. * Experience in customer service. * Attention to detail and accuracy in handling information. * Intermediate-level English proficiency (spoken and written). * Knowledge of tourist attractions and locations in Lima and Peru. **FUNCTIONS:** * Handle reservation requests (via phone, email, website, or in person). * Promote, advise, and sell offered products and services. * Verify availability and confirm services with suppliers. * Provide detailed information about destinations, rates, itineraries, and service terms. * Suggest suitable options based on customer needs and budget. * Register information in the reservation system. * Maintain records of reservations and payments made. **SOFT SKILLS:** * Leadership * Etiquette and manners * Management capability * Proactive * Problem-solving * Stress tolerance * Service orientation **Employment Type:** Full-time **Work Location:** On-site employment in Miraflores **Salary:** S/1,200\.00 \- S/1,500\.00 per month Position Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200\.00 \- S/.1,500\.00 per month Language: * Intermediate to advanced English (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
