Positive work environment **Job Description:** A leading Peruvian retail company with nationwide presence and continuous growth is looking for Warehouse Assistants for our Magdalena branch. We seek responsible, committed individuals with willingness to perform operational tasks within a solid organization that offers job stability and development opportunities. Responsibilities * Ensure order and safety of incoming goods * Monitor inventory levels, ensuring consistency between physical records and system data * Supervise receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, verifying quantities, condition, and documentation * Manage urgent and priority requests * Consolidate information and reports for monthly performance indicator preparation * Supervise compliance with safety regulations * Guarantee integrity of merchandise stock * Assist in loading and moving goods * Perform other duties inherent to the position Requirements * Minimum 6 months of experience as Warehouse Manager * Experience in inventory management and reporting * Responsibility and commitment to work * Availability to work rotating morning and afternoon shifts, with rotating days off Offered: * Compensation of S/ 1150 \+ 450 Mobility Bonus * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits * Bi-weekly and end-of-month payments * Positive work environment * Job stability Salary: Up to S/.1,600\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Are you available to work rotating shifts? * Please provide your updated contact number Work Location: On-site employment
