Job Summary: We are seeking a technician or professional with experience in OHS to supervise safety on construction sites, identify hazards, and ensure compliance with safety procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and safety control on construction sites. 2. Comprehensive risk management and preventive actions. 3. Safety development and training for personnel. Requirements: Technician or professional degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Risk Prevention, Industrial Engineering, Safety Engineering, or related fields. Courses and training in Occupational Health and Safety. Minimum 2 years of experience on building construction projects. Experience supervising high-risk operations. Responsibilities: Conduct daily safety inspections on site. Identify hazards and assess activity-related risks. Develop and update IPERC matrices. Verify compliance with safe work procedures. Supervise proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Conduct safety inductions and training for personnel. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly OHS reports. Investigate accidents, incidents, and unsafe acts. Supervise high-risk operations through work permits. Coordinate emergency drills. Ensure order and cleanliness in work areas. Implement corrective and preventive actions. Manage OHS documentation for workers and contractors. Promptly report unsafe conditions and critical risks. Halt any activity posing an imminent danger to personnel.-Requirements- Minimum education: Technician 2 years of experience
