The position includes customer service, promotional campaign follow-up, and achievement of business objectives. ***Main Responsibilities:*** * Provide information about products, promotions, and services. * Drive sales of Bitel company products and services. * Participate in field promotional campaigns and track each campaign. * Address customer inquiries and complaints. * Verify compliance with requirements to access services. * Maintain confidentiality of customer information. * Comply with Bitel company internal policies and procedures. ***Work Schedule:*** * Rotating schedule according to planning. * 48-hour weekly workweek. ***Benefits:*** * Fixed salary of S/1130 on payroll under Mype regime (50% of all benefits). * Attractive commissions up to S/2000\. * Continuous training. * Positive work environment and growth opportunities. ***Profile:*** * Excellent communication skills and customer orientation. * Aptitude for sales and teamwork. * Availability for rotating shifts. * Experience in sales or customer service (desirable).
