Market research and sales strategies **Description:** Join our dynamic team! **Mont Group SAC**, a company engaged in the importation, commercialization, and distribution of clinical diagnostics products and medical equipment, among others, is looking for top talent to fill the position of **Sales Representative**. **Requirements:** · Graduate in Biology, Medical Technology, Laboratory Technician, Obstetrics, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, or related fields · 1 year of field sales experience (Preferred) · Knowledge of the healthcare sector (Preferred) · Availability to stay in Lima for 3 months (Preferred) **Responsibilities:** · Conduct sales of our products. · Process orders for sold products. · Present product features and benefits to drive sales. · Acquire new customers while fulfilling assigned visit coverage targets. · Build customer loyalty by delivering high-quality service to assigned clients. · Adhere to the daily sales and prospecting model, including making calls, scheduling appointments, and visiting customers. · Research the target market and gather insights to develop improved strategies. · Provide post-sale follow-up to assist customers in resolving any issues that may arise. **Competencies:** · Analytical and critical thinking. · Leadership. · Teamwork. · Results orientation. · Openness. · External customer orientation. · Proactivity. **Work Locations:** · Willingness to travel and cover provincial areas (Ica, Sur Chico, and Norte Chico). **Working Hours:** · Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm; Saturday, 8:30 am to 1:00 pm (only the last Saturday of each month). · On-site work (field-based) · Full-time employment. **We Offer:** · Statutory social benefits. · Payroll enrollment (General Regime) from day one. · Remuneration of S/. 1,250.00 · Bonus of S/. 300.00 for the first three months · Commission based on company-set targets, applied to collections made. · Transportation allowance and travel expenses. · A dynamic and collaborative work environment. · Ongoing training opportunities. **How to Apply:** Send your resume and cover letter to dcasanueva@montgroup.com.pe with the subject line "Application – Provincial Sales Representative".
