Job Summary: We are seeking a Sanitary Engineering Assistant to support the design, development, coordination, and documentation of sanitary installation projects for buildings. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support the design and development of sanitary installations for buildings 2. Collaborate in the preparation and updating of drawings and technical documentation 3. Who We Are Looking For: We seek a Sanitary Engineering Assistant who provides support in preparing and developing technical files for sanitary installations in buildings, participating in design, modeling, coordination, and documentation of projects. Main Responsibilities Support the design and development of sanitary installations for buildings: cold and hot water, drainage, stormwater, fire protection systems, and special sanitary installations. Collaborate in the preparation and updating of drawings, descriptive reports, calculation reports, technical specifications, and quantity take-offs. Perform preliminary hydraulic and sanitary calculations in accordance with current regulations, under direct supervision. Support technical coordination with other project disciplines (architecture, structures, electrical, mechanical, etc.). Participate in the preparation and review of sanitary BIM models. Support the management and organization of project technical documentation (versions, revisions, and files). Verify compliance with regulatory criteria and technical guidelines established by the responsible engineer. Support the implementation of technical solutions aimed at water-use efficiency and sustainability principles. Required Knowledge National sanitary regulations (RNE and related technical standards). Applicable international regulations depending on the project. Proficiency in technical software: AutoCAD (advanced level), Revit (intermediate level), and hydraulic calculation software (WaterCAD or others). Requirements Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Sanitary Engineering. Minimum 1 year of experience in building or consulting projects. Competencies Teamwork. Adherence to deadlines. Organization.
