If you have the skills to support employees and manage well-being in the workplace, this opportunity is for you. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience as a Social Worker (minimum 6 months). * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Familiarity with the VIVA platform, EsSalud website, and Labor Accident Life Insurance. * Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as experience developing social welfare activities. * Practical knowledge of Human Resources. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Process and manage reimbursements and registrations with EsSalud. * Monitor and track employees' medical and subsidized leave days (e.g., illness, pre\-postnatal leave, other leaves, and lactation leave). * Follow up with employees experiencing health issues, including home and/or hospital visits to verify their health status when required. * Handle and manage registration procedures and reimbursement claims with EsSalud, T\-Registry of Beneficiaries. * Monitor and supervise the distribution of staff uniforms. * Provide ongoing support and guidance to staff. * Perform other duties assigned by the Human Resources Manager. **WE OFFER:** \- **PART-TIME OR HALF-TIME CONTRACT** \- Statutory benefits from day one \- Professional development opportunities Salary: S/.600\.00 \- S/.700\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
