




Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing medical justifications, handling administrative procedures at EsSalud, implementing social welfare plans, and addressing employee inquiries. Direct assistance and support to employees. **Lima Site (Cercado de Lima, Industrial Zone)** **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage and record employees' medical justifications. * Administer exchanges, subsidies, and procedures at EsSalud (VIVA). * Implement and monitor the social welfare plan and departmental projects. * Address employee inquiries, register daily interactions, and manage complaints. * Coordinate cafeteria payments, Oncosalud coverage, and related administrative processes. **Requirements:** * Studies in Social Work, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Administration, or related fields. * Experience in social welfare or human resources management. * Experience in direct employee assistance, subsidy evaluations, among others. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday at the Lima site. **Schedule and Work Modality:** * Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. — 4:30 p.m. * Saturdays: 7:00 a.m. — 11:15 a.m. * Modality: 100% on-site * Location: Cercado de Lima — Industrial Zone **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. * Positive work environment.
