At **Telsis S.A.C.**, we seek an SSOMA Supervisor committed to prevention and operational excellence. Your mission will be to lead the field safety culture, ensure compliance with Law No. 29783, and protect the integrity of our staff and customers. **What will you do with us?** * Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in OSH. * Lead trainings, 5-minute safety talks, and record/checklist control. * Prepare monthly reports with HSE indicators and update Management System documentation. * Support the development of procedures, programs, and preventive campaigns. * Supervise personnel and facility safety at assigned projects. **What are we looking for?** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree or Engineer in Industrial Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * **Specialization:** Diploma or course in OSH (minimum 100 hours). * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years as an SSOMA Supervisor (counted from graduation). * **Critical certifications:** Valid certifications as a supervisor for **Height, Hot Work, and Electrical Work** (minimum 8 hours each, issued no more than 3 years ago). * **Tools:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office. **Benefits and Conditions:** * Opportunity to join a solid company in the telecommunications sector. * Professional development in engineering project management. **Application Instructions:** If you meet the profile, please submit your **documented CV.** Salary: S/.3,000\.00 \- S/.3,500\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
