Job Summary: We are seeking a Minimarket and Liquor Store Manager with experience in sales, inventory, and personnel management to lead and optimize operations. Key Highlights: 1. Located in Cercado de Lima\-Breña, we are looking for a **Full\-Time Minimarket and Liquor Store Manager** **Responsibilities:** * Acquire new customers and close effective sales. * Provide personalized customer service and product advice. * Track orders and ensure customer satisfaction. * Manage and retain the customer portfolio. * Supervise, organize, and train store staff. * Meet and exceed established sales targets. * Manage and control physical and system inventory, preventing stockouts and shrinkage. * Perform daily cash reconciliation and monitor income\/expenses. * Coordinate with suppliers and place orders based on product turnover. * Prepare sales, inventory, and store performance reports. * Implement and optimize operational processes (including POS\/ERP systems). * Ensure store security and compliance with regulations. **Requirements:** * Minimum 5 years of experience managing retail stores. * Must reside in areas near Cercado de Lima or Breña. * Leadership, communication, and team management skills. * Experience in sales and personnel management. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel. * Experience with POS and\/or ERP systems (preferred). * Knowledge of Power BI or other analytical tools (preferred). * Proactive, organized, and results\-oriented individual. * Ability to work under pressure and during extended hours. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary: S/.3,000 per month. * Timely payments. * Positive work environment. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Weekly day off: Tuesday or Wednesday (at employee's choice). **Work Location:** Cercado de Lima\-Breña **Working Hours (11 hours, including 1 hour lunch break):** * Monday to Thursday: 4:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. * Friday: 6:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. * Saturday: 7:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. * Sunday: 4:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. **Application Questions:** * Are you agreeable to the stated working schedule and weekly day off (Tuesday or Wednesday)? * Please provide your current mobile phone number for contact purposes.
