We seek a person who loves animals, provides excellent customer service, and is willing to warmly welcome the pets visiting us. Personnel management, excellent organization, and follow-up skills are required. **Responsibilities and Requirements:** * You will handle sales and advisory services (after training) * Cash register reconciliation control * Inventory control (stock and merchandise replenishment) * Supervision of store order and cleanliness * Daily content creation and supervision: Design creation, editing, and publishing of flyers and Reels for social media (Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp) * Monitoring and supervision of sales staff in executing activities * Purchase order generation * Store performance target tracking and control * Valid driver's license for visiting and supervising stores Prior verifiable experience in pet shops and cash handling is **mandatory**, with immediate availability. **Working Hours and Benefits:** We operate rotating shifts of **9 AM to 6 PM** and **12 PM to 9 PM**.
