Job Summary: We are seeking a Structural Welder to perform welding, repair, and maintenance work on metallic structures of transport units and equipment, ensuring quality and safety. Career development path and performance-based bonuses **Job Objective:** To perform welding, repair, and maintenance work on metallic structures of the company's transport units and equipment, ensuring work quality and compliance with safety procedures. **REQUIREMENTS** * Technical training in **Welding, Maintenance Mechanics, or related fields**. * Minimum **3 years** of experience as a structural welder, preferably in transportation companies, mechanical workshops, or fleet maintenance. * Experience repairing metallic structures of **swap-body trucks, vans, guardrails, and other transport equipment**. * Knowledge of MIG/MAG welding. * Knowledge of cutting using angle grinders or oxy-fuel cutting. * Proficiency in using hand and electric tools. * Knowledge of hot work and associated safety measures. * Availability to work in Cajamarquilla. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform welding, repair, and fabrication of **metallic structures of transport units**. * Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance tasks involving welding. * Perform cutting, preparation, assembly, and installation of metal parts. * Inspect transport unit structures to identify cracks, spalling, deformations, or other damage. * Conduct repairs according to the Supervisor's instructions. * Fulfill any other job-related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **WE OFFER:** * Formal payroll from day one * Performance-based bonuses * Overtime pay * Career development path * Job stability * Positive work environment **Submit your CV and/or call the following number: 947 291 933** Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.2,500\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
