Job Summary: A professional with experience in managing and supervising preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of fleets, ensuring equipment operability and availability. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. 2. Supervises technical staff and controls maintenance programs. 3. Analyzes failures and coordinates maintenance shutdown scheduling. Technical Knowledge * Preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance management. * Reading and interpreting technical manuals. * Hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems. * Spare parts and inventory management. * Maintenance indicators (availability, reliability, MTBF, MTTR). * Occupational health and safety. Main Responsibilities * Develop and execute the fleet maintenance plan. * Supervise and coordinate technical and mechanical personnel. * Monitor compliance with maintenance programs. * Manage procurement of spare parts and materials. * Monitor area costs and budgets. * Ensure work is executed correctly according to safety standards. * Prepare equipment availability and operability reports. * Coordinate with operations for maintenance shutdown scheduling. * Investigate and analyze recurring failures to implement improvement actions.-Requirements- Minimum education: University degree 2 years of experience Keywords: resident, supervisor, assistant manager, coordinator, manager, captain, machinery, maquinaria
