RESPONSIBILITIES: * Supervise and lead the field sales team. * Monitor achievement of commercial targets. * Monitor sales routes, team performance, and productivity. * Prepare sales reports and summaries. * Coordinate with logistics, administration, and customer service departments. * Identify opportunities for commercial improvement and growth. REQUIREMENTS: * Experience in sales supervision or fieldwork. * Leadership ability and personnel management skills. * Proactivity and strong communication skills. * Basic/intermediate Excel proficiency. * Availability for fieldwork.
