Job Summary: Professional responsible for administering, maintaining, and providing support for computer systems, computing equipment, and network infrastructure, with expertise in database and ERP management. Preventive maintenance and information backup Responsibilities: • Administer, maintain, and provide support for computer systems, computing equipment, and network infrastructure. • Database (SQL) management. • ERP system management. • Provide technical support. • Maintain inventory controls and safeguard records for supplies and licenses. • Perform and maintain information, file, and database backups. • Plan and execute preventive maintenance. • Provide requested operational system information. • Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
