Position Summary: We are seeking a Professional Technical and IT Support Intern to assist with crushing, classification, and material handling solutions. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of PROFESSIONAL TECHNICAL AND IT SUPPORT INTERN. Requirements: Graduate of a technical program in Computer Science, Systems, or related fields. With or without prior Information Technology internship experience. Basic knowledge of networks and connectivity, software installation, IT equipment setup, and basic hardware assembly and components. Resident in areas near Chilca or Southern Lima. Responsibilities: Quote hardware, software, and other devices upon request from immediate supervisor. Propose IT improvements. Monitor and verify proper software usage and provide support to users across various departments as required. Monitor and execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans for computer equipment. Set up computer equipment for users across various departments (installation, formatting, various configurations). Distribute and manage assigned IT equipment to personnel as appropriate. Monitor and administer user access controls. Monitor and report incidents occurring across various departments and local network infrastructure.
