Job Summary: We are seeking an Engine (Spare Parts) Technical Specialist with experience in inspection, testing, and diagnosis of engines and spare parts, ensuring quality and providing technical support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct technical inspections and testing of imported engines. 2. Diagnose and resolve spare parts and engine warranty claims. 3. Propose improvements to quality control and technical diagnosis processes. We are a company specialized in the importation and distribution of spare parts and accessories for vehicles, machinery, trucks, and buses from Chinese brands. With over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, we are currently seeking an Engine (Spare Parts) Technical Specialist. RESPONSIBILITIES: · Perform technical inspections of semi-assembled engines received via import, in accordance with the company's Technical Quality protocols. · Conduct testing and inspection of complete imported engines using the Engine Test Bench. · Receive and validate work performed by laboratories, engine reconditioning workshops, and other third parties to ensure compliance with the company's established quality standards. · Diagnose, analyze, and technically resolve spare parts and engine warranty claims, supported by the area assistant. · Perform technical measurements and inspections of spare parts from new import batches. · Provide technical support to the Import Department by evaluating and responding to inquiries from manufacturers and spare parts and engine suppliers. · Propose improvements to quality control, inspection, and technical diagnosis processes for engines and spare parts. Requirements \- Automotive Mechanical Technician (not an Engineer). \- Basic Excel proficiency. \- Preferred age range: 28 to 40 years. \- Minimum 5 years of experience as a mechanic specializing in engines and other vehicle systems. \- Commitment, responsibility, and teamwork orientation. \- Experience assembling and disassembling diesel engines. \- Knowledge of clutch systems, transmissions, differential systems, and electrical systems.
