Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Lead with solid experience in software development, solution architecture, and team leadership for high-impact technology projects. Key Highlights: 1. At Greta Labs, we are looking for a **Technical Lead** with strong expertise in **software development**, **solution architecture**, and **technical team leadership**, to participate in high-impact technology projects. ***Mandatory Technical Skills*** Proficiency and hands-on experience are required in: * **Transactional and non-transactional databases**, with mandatory expertise in **Microsoft SQL Server**. * Backend development using **C\#**. * Development and/or technical experience with **Python**. * Frontend frameworks: **React and Angular**. * Services and solutions on **Microsoft Azure**. * Version control using **Git and/or GitLab**. * **Agile software development methodologies**. * **Software quality assurance techniques and practices**. * **Software architecture and design patterns**. Important: C\#, Python, React, Angular, SQL Server, and Azure constitute the required tech stack for this position and will be considered mandatory knowledge during the evaluation process. ***Required Experience*** * **Minimum 8 years of experience as a Software Developer**, directly involved in designing and building solutions. * **Minimum 3 years of specific experience as a Technical Lead / Software Development Lead**. * Demonstrable experience managing **technical teams of at least 5 members reporting directly to you**. * Experience leading development teams and making technical decisions regarding architecture, standards, quality, and best practices. ***Academic Qualifications*** * Technical professional, bachelor’s degree, or graduate in **Systems Engineering**, **Software Engineering**, **Computer Science**, **Computing and Informatics**, or related fields. ***Desirable Knowledge and Experience*** Additional qualifications that will be valued include: * Certification in **project management methodologies**. * Certifications related to agile methodologies, technology management, or similar areas. * Demonstrable experience serving as a **Project Manager** in software development projects. * Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and diverse stakeholders. ***Key Responsibilities*** * Provide technical leadership to the development team, ensuring adherence to standards, architecture, and best practices. * Design and validate software solution architectures. * Define technical guidelines, design patterns, and development standards. * Participate in technical decisions related to backend, frontend, databases, and cloud services. * Provide technical mentoring and oversight to the development team. * Supervise code reviews, testing, integrations, and deliverable quality. * Identify technical risks and propose mitigation alternatives. * Coordinate with business, QA, infrastructure, architecture, and project management teams. * Promote agile methodologies, software engineering best practices, and continuous improvement.
