Portfolio management and identification of new business opportunities **Position: Technical Sales Engineer – Mining** **What Are We Looking For?** We are currently seeking a **Technical Sales Engineer** to join our sales team. We are looking for a professional with solid technical knowledge in mineral processing, interest in developing within the commercial field, and willingness to provide technical consulting to mining-sector customers. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Metallurgical Engineering or Chemical Engineering. * Minimum **1 year of experience** in mining concentrator plants. * Knowledge of mineral processing operations. * Interest in developing expertise in technical sales and commercial management. * Willingness to travel to mining sites as required. * Advanced intermediate level of Excel. * Intermediate level of spoken and written English. **Responsibilities** * Promote and market the company’s solutions and products. * Provide technical consulting to mining-sector customers. * Conduct technical and commercial visits to concentrator plants. * Identify business opportunities and acquire new customers. * Prepare technical\-commercial proposals and follow up until sale closure. * Maintain appropriate commercial relationships with the customer portfolio. **Competencies** * Effective communication. * Customer orientation. * Proactivity and initiative. * Negotiation and persuasion skills. * Results orientation. * Ability to build interpersonal relationships. * Organization and planning.
