We are a company specializing in technology services, and we are currently looking to expand our team: * **Position**: Tender Executive – Technology Sector * **Experience:** \> 3 years in technology-sector tendering (MINIMUM; experience in other sectors will not be considered). * **Gender:** Female * **Location**: Surco \- **Requirements:** ✅ Female gender. ✅ **Minimum 3–5 years of experience** in tendering processes within the technology sector for the public sector (prospecting companies and new markets). ✅ Demonstrate relevant experience through projects and roles held in such tenders. ✅ Knowledge and proficiency in the Law on State Contracts and OSCE regulations. ✅ Understanding of the legal and regulatory framework governing public procurement and tenders, including use of the SEACE and PERU COMPRAS platforms. ✅ Completion of specialization or diploma programs in State Contracting Law (DESIRABLE) . **RESPONSIBILITIES** ✅ Search for and register selection procedures via various State contracting platforms. ✅ Coordinate and submit queries and observations regarding tender documents and technical files for public tenders, public/private contests. ✅ Consolidate, prepare, and/or draft required documentation for the tender process. ✅ Prepare and submit technical-economic files. ✅ Prepare files for contract signing. ✅ Request, track, and update surety letters as required. ✅ Verify, upon contract expiration, full (100%) contractual compliance. ✅ Manage the PERU COMPRAS platform (register product sheets, review daily tender notices, submit bids, track purchase orders, update delivery status). ✅ Perform other duties related to the position as directed by the immediate supervisor. . **Please send your updated CV to: unete@xstratix.com**, indicating your salary expectation.
