Job Summary: We are seeking an ICT Modeler to develop BIM models and technical documentation for ICT systems, integrating design, modeling, and interdisciplinary coordination. Key Highlights: 1. Developing BIM models of ICT systems in Revit MEP/ICT. 2. Preparing ICT design packages and technical documentation. 3. Modeling ICT infrastructure and generating drawings. We are looking for an **ICT MODELER** who will participate in developing BIM models and technical documentation for ICT systems, contributing to the delivery of complete, coordinated design deliverables across all project disciplines. In addition, supporting graphical implementation of design criteria, modeling of components and conduits, drawing generation, and interdisciplinary coordination within BIM environments. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in BIM modeling of MEP/ICT systems. * Experience in modeling and generating technical drawings for building projects. * Experience in the following types of projects is highly desirable: * Airports. * Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and update BIM models of ICT systems in **Revit MEP/ICT**, under the supervision of ICT engineers. * Participate in preparing ICT design packages, integrating the BIM model with drawings and technical documentation. * Model ICT infrastructure components, including: * Cabinets and racks. * Panels and associated equipment. * Networking equipment. * Electronic security equipment. * Surface-mounted and underground conduits. * Generate floor plans, sections, elevations, and construction details from the BIM model. * Prepare equipment, accessory, and component details associated with ICT systems. * Interpret sketches, schematics, and technical guidelines provided by ICT engineers, correctly implementing them in the model and graphical documentation. * Participate in quality control of the BIM model and drawings, verifying: * Consistency between model and documentation. * Alignment with design criteria. * Compliance with BIM standards. * Identification of clashes. * Quality and accuracy of graphical information.
