Actively contributes to the organization's sustainable growth. **Specialized service provider for the mining sector** seeks top talent to strengthen its finance team and actively contribute to the organization's sustainable growth. **Purpose of the Position** To administer and control the company’s financial resources through appropriate planning, execution, and monitoring of cash flows, payments, collections, and banking operations—ensuring liquidity availability, timely fulfillment of financial and tax obligations, and proper application of internal policies and procedures. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow forecasts. * Manage banking operations (transfers, deposits, reconciliations, check issuance, and other payment methods). * Perform bank reconciliations and follow up on identified discrepancies. * Monitor bank account balances and ensure sufficient funds are available for operations. * Manage and control customer collections, including accounts receivable follow-up as required. * Monitor compliance with tax and financial obligations in coordination with Accounting. * Prepare other financial reports requested by the company. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in Treasury, Finance, or Accounting roles. * ERP knowledge: NISIRA or other ERP systems. * Willingness to work in Barranca Province. **Competencies:** * Organization and planning. * Effective communication. * Teamwork. * Problem-solving ability.
