At **Flypack**, a growing logistics-sector company, we are looking for a ***Warehouse Operator*** to join our team and support receiving, storage, and dispatch operations of goods. **Main Responsibilities:** * Verify **goods receipt** (quantity, quality, and documentation: per delivery notes and purchase orders). * Organize and **store** products according to order and rotation criteria. * Execute **picking and packing** processes ensuring order, safety, and proper stock rotation. * **Dispatch:** Coordinate order dispatch according to defined routes and timelines. * **Goods distribution:** Prepare, verify, and dispatch goods ensuring their integrity. * **Inventory control:** Participate in cyclic inventories and stock monitoring. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and compliance with safety regulations. * Support logistics and operational process improvements. **Requirements:** * Education: Technical degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields (preferred). * Minimum **6 months** of experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution centers. * Availability to work **onsite in Surquillo.** * Availability from Monday to Saturday. * Experience operating forklifts (hydraulic or manual) (preferred). * Forklift or lifter certification (a plus, preferred). * Experience using ERP or warehouse management systems (preferred). * *Basic Excel* **We Offer:** * Full payroll registration from day one. * Fixed schedule: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (Monday to Friday) / Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. \- 12:00 p.m. * Job stability and growth opportunities.
