Currently, we are searching for top talent to join our team as: **We Are Seeking a Courier Training Specialist.** **Responsibilities** * Train newly hired staff on the company's operational procedures. * Provide training and support for field address search and validation. * Train staff on correct delivery registration and charge management. * Instruct on the daily return process for documents and supporting materials. * Train staff on proper incident reporting (e.g., incorrect addresses, no contact, absent recipients, etc.). * Monitor the operational performance of trained staff and reinforce procedures when necessary. **Requirements** * Technical or university degree in Industrial Administration, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields (preferred). * Minimum 1 year of experience in courier, messenger, or distribution companies. * Familiarity with routes and streets in Metropolitan Lima. * Logistics-related courses (preferred). * Excellent assertive communication skills. * Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and commitment. **Benefits** * Collaborative work environment. * Professional development opportunities. * Access to continuous training programs. **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * Rest days: Sundays and public holidays. **Compensation and Conditions** * Fixed salary: S/ 1,500 to S/ 1,800\. * Employment modality: Service Fee Receipt (RxH). * Timely payments. * Excellent workplace climate. * Opportunity for professional growth and development.
