




Position Summary: We are seeking an accounting intern to support attendance control, contract verification, payroll calculation, and database maintenance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in monitoring and recording staff attendance 2. Verification and filing of staff contracts and personnel files 3. Requirements: * Currently enrolled in university or technical institute studies. * Proficiency in MS Office and Excel. * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Main Responsibilities: * Assist in monitoring and recording staff attendance. * Verify and file staff contracts, addendums, and personnel files. * Assist in calculating and reviewing payroll. * Record payroll and social benefit accruals. * Maintain up-to-date databases. * Assist in delivering documents to staff. * Coordinate with the accounting department regarding payroll information. * Other related duties assigned by the accounting and HR departments.
