Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Advisor to attract, advise, and support investors in mining projects, with a focus on sales and negotiation. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in sales, prospecting, or closing business deals We are Daneflo Investments, and we are currently looking for a Commercial Advisor to help us attract new investors, provide them with professional guidance, and accompany them throughout the entire commercial process. **Responsibilities:** * Prospect and acquire new clients and investors. * Contact prospects via phone calls, social media, referrals, and other commercial channels. * Coordinate meetings and present investment opportunities in mining projects. * Provide clear, transparent, and professional commercial advice. * Conduct follow-up throughout the entire commercial process until closure. * Achieve established commercial goals and performance indicators. **Required Profile:** * Experience in sales, prospecting, or closing business deals. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Organizational ability and results-oriented mindset. * Prior experience in finance, insurance, real estate, investments, or mining sectors is desirable (not mandatory). **Compensation and Benefits:** * Monthly salary between S/1,300 and S/1,500, depending on experience. * Uncapped commissions aligned with the company’s commercial plan. * Hybrid work arrangement with office located in Barranco. * Work schedule from Monday to Saturday (48 hours per week). * Opportunities for professional growth and development based on performance. **Are you interested?** Apply by submitting your updated CV and briefly describing your commercial experience.
